Airport transfers

Airport transfers between Cape Town International Airport and the Conference Hotels or University Residences will be done by “Citi Hopper” who have a desk in the baggage collection area of the Domestic Arrivals hall at Cape Town International Airport. They also have a desk in the International Arrivals hall.

Delegates must complete their flight arrival and departure details on the online Registration and Booking form so that this information can be given to Citi Hopper. The maximum cost per person will be R150 per person per transfer. Payments must be made in cash (ZAR) or by credit card.
